Lifetime Guarantee.
Every SpiralBand comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your band fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will replace it at no charge. To claim, email info@spiralbandfitness.com with subject “Warranty Claim — [Order Number]”, a description of the defect, a photo, and your proof of purchase. We respond within 3 business days. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse, modification, or improper storage.
Pre-Order Policy.
By placing a pre-order you reserve your unit ahead of our production run. Pre-order payments are processed at the time of order. Estimated shipping timelines are communicated by email after confirmation. Pre-order cancellations requested before the shipping date receive a full refund within 5 to 7 business days. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
Standard Returns.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the SpiralBand within 30 days of delivery, in original, unused condition with all packaging. Email info@spiralbandfitness.com with subject “Return Request — [Order Number]”, your reason, and whether you want a refund or exchange. We reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not return items without an RMA number. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error; use a trackable method.
Refunds.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges.
We are happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact info@spiralbandfitness.com to arrange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost and cover return of the wrong or damaged item.
