If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team before sending your return. Return requests must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@spiralbandfitness.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions regarding the return process.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected at checkout, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-Order Items
Products offered on a pre-order basis will ship on or around the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, inventory, or logistics delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the shipment until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
